Draganić village is situated on a major transportation route through which all the major routes and roads that lead from the continent towards the sea pass. The gentle landscape offers unimagined possibilities for sightseeing, visiting and recreational activities in various forms - in the upper western part there are vineyards, huts, cottages, sacred monuments, and from more recent times, ten kilometres of marked bicycle paths.
The rich cultural heritage is reflected in the traditional rural architecture, a series of chapels and folk costumes. The regions fish ponds and other waters offer the opportunity for fishing, and in the plains the forest with its one hundred year old oak trees tempts you for some hunting, mushroom picking and walking. You can experience the magical views of Ozalj, Zagreb and Pokupsko valley from Piramida, a hill that takes the shape of a real pyramid, which is unique in Croatia.
And when you are feeling tired after all of this, it is best to find a resting point in some of the restaurants in the town or on the old Karlovac road!
