House Rakovac House Rakovac is situated in a typical Istrian village Rakovci. Surrounded by unspoilt nature, chirping birds and sea horizon blue open sea is ideal for relaxation and active vacation, jogging and cycling. From the center of town and sea views and is 12 km. The house is 80m2, with a patio and a well is comprised of 24m2 and a garden of 100 m2. Guests can use the large garden with olive trees located across the street. The entrance is from the pergola (Istrian terrace) in the space where the kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining room. There is also a bathroom with bath, and a room with a double bed. The stairs to the first floor where there is a room with two beds and a part intended for storage and another room with a double bed. The house is fully equipped, air conditioning, internet (flat rate, wireless), satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer, parking, linen, towels... the request can get a bed for the baby. The owners do not live in the house. Minimum number of nights is 3.
