We are located in the small historic town of Nin, who is not only known for its history but also for the tourist industry. Nin as a tourist resort offers an unforgettable time for all generations, that is fun, relaxation and health all in one place. The offer includes a beautiful natural sandy beach of the world famous mud. We offer accommodation of three apartments with one bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen with a dining area where there is a sofa bed. Nin is the oldest Croatian royal town and the cradle of Croatian culture. Exceptionally preserved monuments of culture, especially the well-church from the 9th and 12 century, unique in Croatia and in the wider Mediterranean region.

Located on a small island in the middle of a shallow lagoon, and the city of Zadar is only 14 km. Together with its surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for recreation, especially for health tourism.
