Our apartments are located near the famous sandy beach Ždrijac, where you and your family can spend a pleasant carefree days of vacation, away from traffic jams and business problems. If you spend most of the day swimming at the beach Ždrijac, by easy walk you can arrive to the center of Nin for fifteen minutes. There you can enyoj rest of the evening in some of Nin restaurants, which offer authentic dalmatian food and seafood specialties. If you rather prefer to prepare your own meals you can,of course, do it on the grill in the garden of our apartment. You friendly hosts are always there to help if need.

Nin is the oldest Croatian royal town and the cradle of Croatian culture. Exceptionally preserved monuments of culture, especially the well-church from the 9th and 12 century, unique in Croatia and in the wider Mediterranean region.

Located on a small island in the middle of a shallow lagoon, and the city of Zadar is only 14 km. Together with its surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for recreation, especially for health tourism. Around Nin are several long sand lagoons, far from traffic, noise and industrial zones, with special microclimatic conditions. This is the largest on the Adriatic the medical mud peloids. Its use for medicinal purposes since Roman times.
