We offer the most centrally located, modern, fully equipped, serviced apartment in the heart of Poreč downtown with a magnificent sea view. We are within short walking distance of the beach, many of the best restaurants, clubs, bars and visitor attractions. There are plenty beaches nearby with easy walking distance. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a new building (no elevator), about 70sqm with a terrace with a magnificent sea view. There are two spacious sleeping rooms with two double beds. There is one bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and livingroom. Laundry facilities are available, as well an appointed kitchen with the range cooking and refrigeration appliances. There is a parking place in the garage for our guests.
